The leg raise with a Bosu ball is a challenging exercise that targets the lower abdominal muscles and hip flexors. Here's how to perform it:

1. Start by placing a Bosu ball on the floor with the dome side facing up.
2. Sit on the Bosu ball and lean back slightly, supporting your body weight with your hands placed on the sides of the ball for balance.
3. Extend your legs straight out in front of you, keeping them together and your toes pointed.
4. Engage your core muscles by pulling your belly button in towards your spine.
5. Slowly raise your legs off the ground, lifting them as high as you can while maintaining control and stability.
6. Hold the raised position for a second or two, focusing on squeezing your abdominal muscles.
7. Lower your legs back down to the starting position with control.
8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid rounding or arching it during the exercise.
